Custom branding or engraving may add an additional 5-7 days to the assembly process. Shipping & Delivery

We work with reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and local freight services to ensure the safe delivery of our products. Shipping times are approximate and subject to change:

  • After shipment, freight deliveries typically take 5-7 business days.
  • Ground shipping through USPS, UPS, and FedEx generally ranges from 3-7 business days.

Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. Non-refundable items include all customized or personalized products such as engraved items, branded accessories, and specially tailored equipment.

For other items not specified above:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt if the product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Refunds will be issued minus shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.
