Warranty & Lability Waiver

Coverage and Duration: This LIMITED WARRANTY covers defects in workmanship and materials for one year from the date of the original retail purchase. During this period, Recover Fast Therapy will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective product or parts returned by the original purchaser.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

  • Abuse, accidents, or misuse
  • Electrical power problems
  • Use not in accordance with the instruction manual
  • Commercial use of the product
  • Products not paid for in full
  • Poor water chemistry, neglected filter care, freezing conditions, power outages, low water flow, or other forms of neglect

Minor blemishes, scratches, and dents from regular use are not considered defects. Outdoor units may deteriorate due to weather effects despite proper care.

Water Chiller and Filter:

  • The water chiller is covered for one year.
  • The water filter is not covered. Replacement filters must be purchased separately and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Recover Fast Therapy is not liable for lost or damaged plumbing components like O-rings, gaskets, or fittings unless installed by an authorized technician.

Saunas, Massage Chairs, and Accessories:

  • Covered by the warranty for one year.
  • Damage from improper use, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow maintenance instructions is not covered.
  • Replacement parts are available for purchase, with installation being the customer’s responsibility.
  • Recover Fast Therapy is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of these products.

Warranty Service: To obtain warranty service, contact us at [email protected] with the purchaser’s name, proof of purchase, dated receipt, item purchased, and details of the issue. Claims must be made within the warranty period.

Repairs and Replacements: Warranty issues are handled via email or phone. If a repair is necessary within the warranty period, the parts are covered, but shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Most repairs can be performed by the customer. If professional repair is needed, Recover Fast Therapy may cover up to $25 per hour for an approved technician. Repairs must be done by an approved agent; otherwise, the warranty is void.

Post-Warranty Support: Phone support for issues after the warranty period may be provided at Recover Fast Therapy’s discretion. Customers will be responsible for any costs, including parts, labor, and shipping, after the warranty expires.

Replacement or Repair Decisions: Recover Fast Therapy decides whether to repair or replace a covered item. Repaired or replaced components are warrantied for the remainder of the original warranty period. Customers in rural areas may incur additional travel fees for technician services.

On-Site Repairs: If on-site repairs are not possible, Recover Fast Therapy may provide a replacement product or arrange for repairs at their facility. Customers are responsible for shipping costs and product removal/installation expenses.

Consumer Notice: The buyer/user is responsible for reading and understanding all instructions and risks associated with using the product. Misuse may result in severe injury or death. Use the product only for its intended purpose and ensure competent supervision.

Limitation of Liability: Recover Fast Therapy is not liable for any damages resulting from product defects, including direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages. Total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes will be settled by arbitration in New York, NY, under the American Arbitration Association’s rules. This warranty is governed by the laws of New York State.

Binding Agreement: By using the product, you agree to this warranty and all terms outlined herein.

Installation and Maintenance Warnings:

  • Follow local building codes.
  • Use a GFCI-protected circuit.
  • Keep plugs dry and maintain safe electrical practices.
  • Regularly replace filters and maintain clean water.
  • Follow safety guidelines for cold exposure and consult a physician if necessary.

No Additional Warranty: Recover Fast Therapy does not provide any warranty beyond what is described in this document.
